THE RIGHT FIT

Who this is for.

For a team that can name an outcome, deadline or set of deliverables and needs a proposal built around them.

Make the work, milestones and handoff clear before production starts.

WHAT YOU GET

A clear scope. Useful output.

These are the parts this offer is built around. The proposal confirms the exact deliverables, capacity and timing for your engagement.

  1. 01

Discovery around the offer, audience and desired action

  2. 02

A proposed mix of strategy, identity, digital experience or campaign design

  3. 03

Named deliverables, milestones and decision owners

  4. 04

    Review and approval points

  5. 05

Agreed files, guidance and handoff at completion

HOW IT WORKS

From first brief to next decision.

Agree the goal, review the work and decide what to improve. The monthly plans continue beyond the first launch.

01

Describe the outcome

Share what has changed, what must happen and the constraints around the work.

02

Shape the scope

We propose deliverables, responsibilities, milestones and a price for that outcome.

03

Build and hand over

The project moves through agreed reviews and ends with the materials your team needs to use it.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

What is in scope. What is not.

Clear boundaries make the decision easier. If your brief needs more, we can define that separately.

  • No fixed fee or delivery promise before the brief is reviewed
  • Only capabilities and deliverables in the signed proposal are included
  • Ad spend, complex engineering and ongoing operations are not implied
  • External specialists, where needed, are agreed explicitly

Good questions to ask first.

Can this include a website build?

Yes, when the build requirements and technical responsibilities are defined in the proposal.

Why is there no published price?

A custom engagement can vary substantially in deliverables and complexity. We quote it after agreeing what the project needs to produce.

Is it a subscription?

Not necessarily. A custom project can have a defined start and finish. Any continuing work is agreed separately.

NEXT STEP

Bring the goal. We’ll define the work.

Describe the product, audience and decision you need someone to take. We’ll use that context to discuss whether Custom project fits.
