Our studio.
Our first studies.

Two self-initiated projects exploring Aureumgrid’s identity and website. Both are our own work for our own studio.

The approach

Good-looking work.
A reason behind it.

Complex products need clear communication. We bring design and marketing into the same process, so what a brand promises connects to what people see, understand and do.

Design with a purpose.

A sharper identity, a clearer product story, a more useful path to conversion. Define the intended outcome before choosing the deliverables.

Use AI deliberately.

Bring AI into research, exploration and production where it helps. Check its output, protect sensitive inputs and keep people responsible for the decisions.

Make performance specific.

Agree on the signals that matter to the project, from qualified enquiries to product sign-ups. Set a baseline where data is available; treat improvement as something to measure.

Working together

From day one,
know what comes next.

Every engagement starts with a defined scope. The pace and deliverables vary; the expectation is consistent: direct communication, visible progress and clear decisions.

  1. Day 01 · Alignment

    Start with the business.

Work directly with Wasay to understand the product, audience and commercial goal. Review what exists, what is missing and what is getting in the way.

Agree on scope, responsibilities and what success will mean.

  2. Direction · Before production

    Make the choices together.

Review the message and design direction in real applications. Connect the brand, website and campaign around the action you want people to take.

Approve a direction and define the review points before building it out.

  3. Production · Regular reviews

    See the work take shape.

Review working pages, copy and assets as they develop. AI supports exploration and production; human judgment checks accuracy, craft and fit with the brief.

Keep feedback consolidated and agree on any changes to scope.

  4. Handoff · What comes next

Leave with work you can use.

Check the agreed deliverables, organise the files and document how to use them. Confirm launch responsibilities and any measurement or follow-up work in scope.

Know what is ready, what remains and who owns the next step.

Company OS

Exploring how an AI-first
agency can work.

A local-first agency operating system, shared in a public GitHub repository. It explores a practical question behind the studio: how can AI support agency work while people stay responsible for the actions it takes?
