Who is responsible

Aureumgrid is operated by Wasay Ijaz, trading as Aureumgrid, based in Pakistan. This notice covers this website and enquiries about our design, development and marketing services. For privacy questions or requests, email mwasayi@gmail.com.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, we receive your email address, business or project name, project description and any optional details you choose to add, such as your name, website, preferred partnership, timing, marketing activity or budget. Required fields are marked; we need them to understand and respond to your request.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, patient records or other sensitive personal information in an enquiry. If a project needs confidential information, we can agree a suitable way to share it separately.

How we use information

We use enquiry details to respond, understand your requirements, discuss a proposal and manage subsequent correspondence. We also use limited technical information to run the website, troubleshoot delivery and protect the form against abuse.

Where a legal basis is required, responding to a request for our services can involve taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Website security and managing business correspondence serve our legitimate interests, subject to your rights. We may also retain information to meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Campaign tags, cookies and technical data

If the page URL contains campaign tags such as utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign, the form can include those tags with your enquiry so we can understand which campaign led to it. This does not provide a record of every visitor or track you across websites.

This website does not currently include a Meta advertising pixel or visitor analytics script. Our enquiry forms do not use tracking cookies or browser storage to save your answers. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Form abuse controls may temporarily process a network identifier.

Services that handle information

The website is hosted on Vercel. Submitted enquiries are passed to Resend for email delivery and received in our Google Gmail inbox. These providers process information needed to deliver their services; access to enquiry information is limited to handling the request and operating those services. We do not sell enquiry information.

Our booking links open Calendly, where you can choose a meeting time. Calendly and the associated calendar or meeting service process the details you provide there under their own notices. No booking information is sent to Calendly merely because you view our contact page.

Where information is processed

Aureumgrid operates from Pakistan. Our hosting, email and booking providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. These countries may have different data-protection laws from your country. Contact us for details about the providers and any transfer safeguards applicable to your information.

How long information is kept

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to answer the request, resolve outstanding questions and manage any resulting engagement. Whether a discussion is still active, an agreement exists, or a legal or dispute-related reason requires retention determines whether information is still needed. You can ask us to delete an enquiry; we will explain if any information must be retained.

Closing the page clears unsent form entries from the application, although your browser may independently remember or restore form input. It does not delete an enquiry you have already submitted. Provider delivery and security records follow the relevant provider’s retention settings and policies.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, request restriction or portability, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Email mwasayi@gmail.com and describe what you would like us to do.

You may also complain to the data-protection authority that applies to your situation, including the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, the relevant Canadian privacy commissioner, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We do not use enquiry information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

This notice may change when our services or data practices change. The date below identifies this version. External websites linked from our portfolio, resources or booking links have their own privacy practices. Our business services are not directed at children.
